Evolutionary genomics in butterflies, moths, and beyond…
Our lab is based in the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (EEB) department at the University of Kansas (KU). Our research combines advanced genomic methodologies with basic organismal biology to better understand evolutionary processes at the molecular level. Mostly we work with butterflies and moths on questions related to sex chromosome evolution and reproductive traits, but there are lots of other interesting questions and critters that would be welcome in our lab.
